When do I get my results?

All results are guaranteed by midnight – the same day your test was carried out. If you choose our Home Testing Kits, you will revive your results the next working day (if you post swab back before 12 noon).

I need my Home Testing Kit results within 48 hours?

Book your home PCR test kit at least 72 hours prior to your travels. When the test kit arrives, swab yourself 48 hours before your flight. Send your test back to us before 12noon the same day, with the returns label provided.

When do we receive swabs?

You will receive your swabs the next working day (including Saturdays). If you book your tests after 12pm it may take 1-2 working days.

Is the PCR test Valid to enable us to fly?

Yes, our PCR tests and certification will enable you to fly.

Do we need to pay to post-tests back?

No, A postage sticker will be provided in the box.

How does mobile testing work?

If you choose Mobile Testing Service you have to be based in Yorkshire. We will arrive at your chosen location at the specific time you booked your appointment. We will carry out your test, your results will be with you by midnight.

Do we offer student discount?

No, we do not offer student discounts.

Is there a discount for children?

No there is no discount given to children.
